But, then again…

Just when I think my job prospects are bottoming out, I get a letter from the human resources people regarding the fed job:

Mr. Diroll,

You have been tentatively selected for the position of Adjudications Officer, GS-1801-09 in New York City, NY.  You were found qualified for this grade level based on your Juris Doctorate Degree.  In order for us to proceed with your selection, I will need for you to fax a copy of your transcripts showing that you are in receipt of this degree…

So I sent in my transcripts today.  I even convinced them that a PDF of the document would be fine.  I guess we’ll see where it ends up.
